Introduction

Ustad Muhtaram is a platform dedicated to connecting families with qualified Quran Tutors for both home-based and online learning. These Terms & Conditions govern the professional conduct and responsibilities of all registered Tutors. By joining our platform, you agree to uphold the values of honesty, Islamic ethics, professionalism, and educational excellence.

Following rules will be applied for all Tutors and Tuitions assigned.

Registration & Onboarding

* All Pakistani Tutors are required to pay a one-time, non-refundable registration fee of Rs. 1000 when joining Ustad Muhtaram.

* Tutors must provide accurate personal information including CNIC, academic/religious qualifications, and proof of address.

* Tutors will undergo a short interview or verification process to confirm their suitability.

Fee Structure & Payment Policy

* Ustad Muhtaram will charge 40% of the first month's fee as its service charge. This is a one-time deduction for each new tuition.

* Tutors will receive their share in 10–12 working days after fee confirmation by the Parent/Guardian.

* All payments must be made through the academy. Direct financial dealings with Parent/Guardian are strictly prohibited.

* For short-term/crash course tuitions, the Tutor's share will be released after full completion and Parent/Guardian confirmation.

Tutor Code of Conduct

* Tutors are expected to represent the values of Islam with modest dressing, respectful communication, punctuality, and sincerity.

* No casual or unprofessional behavior will be tolerated during online or in-person sessions.

* Tutors must start and end sessions on time and complete the agreed syllabus with seriousness.

* The academy expects Tutors to assist students especially during exams or important revisions.

Integrity & Non-Solicitation Policy

* Tutors are not allowed to convert or solicit academy Parent/Guardian for private tuitions at any time. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination and blacklisting.

* Any form of fee negotiation, false commitments, or dishonesty with clients is strictly forbidden.

* Ustad Muhtaram reserves the right to take legal action or report to relevant authorities in cases of fraud or breach of trust.

Parent/Guardian Interaction Rules

* Tutors must contact clients only through official channels provided by the academy.

* Any tuition finalized must be immediately reported to the academy.

* Tutors must not share their personal numbers or social media handles with Parent/Guardian unless permitted by the academy.

Attendance, Resignation & Replacement

* Tutors must provide at least one week’s notice before leaving a tuition and help ensure a smooth transition.

* In case of absence or emergencies, Tutors must inform the academy and Parent/Guardian in advance.

* Consistent complaints, delays, or missed classes may result in removal from our active Tutor list.

Academy Rights

* Suspend or terminate any Tutor's registration without prior notice for misconduct.

* Modify these Terms & Conditions as per future requirements.

* Withhold payment in cases of tuition cancellation due to Tutor negligence or dishonesty.

Confidentiality & Data Protection

* Tutor information, including CNIC and contact details, will be stored securely and shared only as required for tuition verification.

* Any misuse of Parent/Guardian data or academy systems will lead to immediate expulsion and possible legal consequences.

Dispute Resolution

* All disputes between Tutors and Parent/Guardian will be handled by the academy.

* Tutors agree to abide by the decision of Ustad Muhtaram in resolving any conflict or complaint.
